"Every color has a voice. My job is to make it dialogue with the space and with the people."

My name is Mirko Campo, and my journey into the world of color began as a child, among the shelves of my family's paint shop, amidst jars, color meters, brushes, and infinite shades. There, I understood that color isn't just an aesthetic choice, but a language capable of transforming spaces and the emotions of those who live there. That curiosity grew with me, becoming first a passion, then a profession. I deepened my study of color and its perception by attending courses at the Polytechnic University of Milan, NCS Colour Centre Italia, and internal courses with partners. From 2019 to 2025, I worked as an area manager and consultant with a leading and iconic company in the eco-friendly paints and decorative products sector, managing the Milan showroom and participating as a speaker in numerous training courses on color and finishes for industry professionals. My journey has led me to collaborate with specialized retailers, architecture firms, designers, and creative companies, offering color and design consultancy. I've worked among the textures and nuances of the Salone del Mobile, overseeing the selection of colors and finishes for exhibition stands that communicate at first glance. Over time, I've worked on projects for private clients, transforming their homes into spaces that reflect personality, well-being, and harmony. I've supported luxury retail brands, designing the color identities of stores and boutiques, where every material, every shade, and every detail becomes part of a coherent and memorable experience. I've never stopped. I've worked in the retail and fashion worlds, where every visual choice expresses an identity and color is a strategic, emotional, and distinctive tool. At the same time, I earned a diploma in Visual Merchandising Display, integrating aesthetics and marketing. My studies in communication and a master's degree in Web Marketing Management have given me the tools to understand the power of color not only in design, but also in the relationship between spaces, people, and brands. Currently Creative Director and founder of Alkimura Atelier. A project where color takes shape, merges with matter, and tells stories tailored to every space, every object, and every person.
